Melanie Kuhr brings a unique skill set, including over 35 years of leadership, business development, and human capital experience, to her role as CEO of Signature Millwork, a premier architectural millwork company based in Dallas since 1991. Before acquiring Signature Millwork with two partners in 2005, she worked in leadership and executive capacity in the consumer and technology business.

Melanie is also active in numerous professional and community service organizations, including Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum, Executive Board, American Subcontractors Association, Board of Directors, Association of Professional Women in Construction and Women’s Business Council Southwest (WCBS-AEC section).

A Cincinnati, Ohio, native and Marietta College graduate, Melanie relocated to Dallas for her fourth and final time in 2009.
